As a Sourcing Specialist at WellSpan Health, I am dedicated to helping physicians and advanced practice providers find their best fit in our organization. I have over two years of experience in this role, and a Master of Science degree in Social Media Management & Marketing from Liberty University.

My core competencies include creating and maintaining job postings, coordinating and executing career fairs and events, conducting routine outreach and sourcing campaigns, and liaising with marketing and recruitment teams. I also have skills in Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop and ATS-HealthcareSource/Position Manager.
